Specialised Management Group was appointed by 150 Clarendon St, East Melbourne Owners Corporation to oversee the delivery of their Common Area Refurbishment Program. The first project off the rank is the upgrade of the pool, wellness area and gym.
150 Clarendon St is a bespoke and prestigious residential building in what many Melburnians will remember as The Mercy Hospital. Beautifully situated opposite Fitzroy Gardens, our role on the project in this landmark building includes –
– Project Management and Superintendent Services, specifically :
– Scope refinement, clarification and owner corporation approvals and endorsement
– Engagement of the consulting team including; interior designers, engineers, pool consultants, statutory experts and DDA Consultants
– Oversee the delivery of the cost plan and budget for approval
– Design Management and Value Engineering
– Oversee the delivery of the tender package
– Builder engagement and contract negotiation
– Client representation during construction
