Specialised was engaged by Bowen Investments Pty Ltd to oversee the design and delivery of the refurbishment of an existing building in the St Kilda Road precinct. This project encompasses the refurbishment of a 14-storey, 11,000m² office building. Key works include creating a new entry foyer and ground floor café complete with kitchen facilities, upgrading building services, and enhancing lift foyers. The refurbishment also features the addition of end-of-trip facilities and on-floor amenity upgrades, a rooftop function space, outdoor terraces, and façade improvements. Furthermore, a cold shell fitout and a spec fitout for a marketing floor on Level 7 are integral components of the project.
