Specialised collaborated with a Major General Contractor to facilitate the transition of process plant and equipment from construction to commissioning at a client facility in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs.
This involved detailed planning and preparation for start-up processes, coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient and safe energisation, and overseeing site acceptance testing as a representative of the General Contractor.
Specialised monitored progress, reviewed technical aspects, and provided guidance to stakeholders. Additionally, they assisted with troubleshooting, managing changes, and supporting the handover of plant and equipment, ensuring all testing met the agreed scope as required by both General Contractor and Client.
