Gas Suppression System Roll-Out

The Gas Suppression System Roll-out project involves the design, documentation, and delivery of gas suppression systems across all critical data hubs at Crown following the successful construction of the new data centre.

This initiative aims to enhance business continuity and system reliability. The project includes conducting inspections and audits of all data hubs throughout the complex to prioritise the roll-out and interfacing with existing fire control systems. Detailed design management is critical for the installation of the gas suppression systems in the operational data hubs, along with the preparation of performance-based briefing documents for contractor engagement. Key challenges encompass the technical installation of complex systems within live operational environments, ensuring continuity of operations during the works, and providing training for in-house engineering staff to manage the new systems effectively.
