Key tasks included programming all commissioning and testing to meet the project’s completion date and facilitating client interface and project coordination meetings. Specialised managed and oversaw all witnessed testing and conducted commissioning, integration, and testing meetings. They ensured effective oversight of all trades, managing the interface of services into a converged IT network, and provided design and engineering advice throughout the project’s completion and coordination phases.
